WRS Health is a cloud-based integrated electronic health record (EHR) solution that provides practice management, revenue cycle management, and billing services.
The solution consists of modules for charting, medical billing, patient scheduling, appointment reminders, order management, eRx/EPCS, image management, secure e-faxing, disease management and more.
WRS Health is certified by ONC-ATCB. MIPS/MACRA incentives are provided to eligible Medical professionals. Each of the 35+ specialties is served with specific templates, functionality, and workflows developed by WRS Health serves. Specific CPT and ICD10 codes for the system are assigned to each specialty.
The suite consists of an integrated patient portal for patient communication, sharing medical records and building patients medical database. WRS Health is subscription priced based on the number of providers in the organization or an optional full revenue cycle management with billing services option based on a flat percentage of insurance payments. Prices consist of support and upgrades and there are discounts available for multi-provider organizations and bundled services.

We like that this EMR is easy to access remotely so our clinicians can view patient charts and lab results at any time. It serves most needs. If you have any problems, you can open a ticket with customer support and they are usually efficient in responding. Upgrades are also great and usually cater to whatever we need.
We do wish there was some more customizability, like we can't make notes that fit our practice. It would also be great to be able to automatically put tasks or emails in individual patient's files just like we could with manual paper charts.

We just implemented this EMR in our practice. We thought it may be difficult to use but it has actually been easy to implement and understand. The charting is easy and a lot simpler now. Also very helpful for staff members who are not very proficient with manual HPI charting.
The viewability of the patient record could be better. Customer support could also definitely be faster by offering a phone number instead of online tickets.

Overall the system is good and useful. We can complete most of our documentation tasks with it and it makes our work faster and makes it easy to access any kind of patient documents at any time.
We used this EMR but had to switch because the features and functionality is good in general but not for all specialties. We are a psychiatry practice and it is different than other practices. We did not find it suitable for our practice, though we would say it is a good software otherwise.

It is easy to use. Navigation is easy and we never have any problems understanding how to use the software. It has definitely made our work easier and faster.

Documents are easy to access and sort. Everything can be stored in one place. For example, you can scan a patient's insurance card and have it saved in the system. It is a nice and basic alternative to paper records and serves most needs well given the reasonable price.
Does not have many advanced functions. The customer support could definitely be faster because there is no way to call for urgent support. You can only submit complaints or questions through a ticket. Response is fast but obviously not as fast as a phone call.

We use this EMR because it's very easy to use for everyone in our practice. The client support is also good and we can find instant answers to anything almost every time.
The lab interface is not fully functional. The patient portal can be a little more user friendly since some of our patients have trouble using it sometimes. Also some individual functionality would be good, like being able to get individual emails or individual test results for practices that have more than one provider.

It works great for my cardiology practice. There is a lot f value offered in a reasonable price. Great customization options. It is web-based and not server-based so helps to store results and access them from anywhere at anytime. It has really improved my efficiency and made practice management faster.
Technical support is often slow because of the ticket system and the patient portal could be more efficient.

You have to submit a ticket to request changes. It would be better if there was an option to call and get issues resolved quicker. Sometimes the system freezes and is slow, but mostly works fine.

Have been using this for 7 years now and rarely ever faced problems. Over the years, it has improved a lot and updates have always been great. Overall it's very well organized an serves almost all of our needs.
Sometimes there are billing issues. I also wish there were more customizable features. Some processes are slow like having to enter injections one at a time.

WRS has very easy to use tools and interfaces are easy to understand for all our clinicians. It' simple to add information. We also appreciate the feature of adding pictures of our patients. The customer support is excellent and we get fast and useful response.
There is no option to generate an INR sheet. Report capabilities can be improved because you sometimes have to run many reports to get what you want. Perhaps new features like messaging patients could be added, but we have no major complaints.

Test results are easy to pull. The company's customer support staff is very pleasant to deal with. Patients can see test results as they come. Overall easy to use and great features for the price.
Some features have too many screens and time taken to enter details could be reduced. Results review section also needs improvement as I could not send comments to patients or staff.

Patient summaries make it easy for new providers to get information. Patients can access basic info and lab results in real time. Patients get reminded of visits 2 days before so less no-shows. Great customer service and overall easy to use product.
Task manager needs improvement. Sending comments to patients/staff takes two longs. Has at least three screens to fill out. Ordering labs is also a lengthy process. Overall processes need to be quicker with lesser steps involved.
