Outside records can be easily accessed. The interface is good; I easily navigate between different functionalities and features.
There are way too many updates. If they fix their time on any particular date on a monthly basis it would be great. Cause it helps us to save our data necessary data accordingly.

When I started my career, EPIC EHR was the software which was being used by the organization; I was working for then. The best thing about the software is the easy retrieval of patient data such as charts, images etc. The layout allows data to be available on the screen at all times.
Abundance of features makes it difficult to remember the functionality of each option. Upgrades take a lot of time and provide users with unnecessary features which they actually don't need.
All in all, i'm a happy customer, I don't have to deal with a tonne of charts each day.

The customization which this software allows, is off the charts. The drop downs are really helpful along with the custom tool bar, which can be pinned and unpinned effortlessly. Being a young graduate, I feel I didn't have to put in that much of an effort.
I really loved the software. I haven't had any problems so far with such an easy to use interface. I would definitely recommend this software.

The integrated patient portal really sets the bar high. Patients can easily get in touch with their physicians and review their lab results seamlessly; they can also schedule their appointments online.
The layout of the software sometimes seems way to disorganized, finding the right buttons often takes up a lot of time. Patients often find it hard to know whether the physician is in the office or not.
The interoperability functionality does the job, however, the i Pad app along with the Phone app seriously need changes for them to work properly.

Very easy to use and operate, never did I have any difficulty in the retrieval of lab results or other images. The documents uploaded such as X-rays etc. are very vivid and clear.
I faced a little difficulty in the beginning with regard to the user interface, but in a very short span of time I was able to navigate through the software easily.
