Been using this since 2009 and it provides for most needs of my practice. It is easy to enter and obtain data, make changes, post payments and keep a track of finances and balances.
There are too many bugs in the software itself. This often causes delays and has made this EMR less efficient than it can be, given the features that it provides. Also I have to pay for the support.

Fair price, easy to learn. Our practice staff is all women over 50 who have never really been great with technology but this has been easy to learn and use. We keep asking ourselves why we didn't switch to this before! It has definitely made out work 10 times easier and faster. The support is great and we rarely ever have to call because there are barely any issues.
Although we rarely have to call the support, sometimes the wait is long. However once we get to talk to a rep, they are very helpful. We have no real complaints.

It has been a very pleasant experience to use TotalMD. It is very easy to use ad all the patient information you need is in one place. It is easy to enter data and also to obtain any reports that you need. I personally love the option to customize reports.
Although reports are cutsomizable, you have to call a support staff member to do this. It would be great if we could directly customize reports without having to call the client support.

This EHR is affordable and has bee very easy to use. For someone who had never used it before, I barely needed 20 minutes to learn how to use it. The support staff is very responsive.
Unable to make changes to reports for one individual provider. The support team is good but they are available on MST time only and that can sometimes delay things. An internal messaging system would also be good.

Appointments are very easy to use and creatable. The software is not only inexpensive and easy to use but it has many useful functionalities compared to other vendors.
Sometimes support takes a lot of time to solve some simple issues. Like, sometimes due to bugs reporting become a mess and I really don’t have time to deal with the support since they do not follow the Eastern Time and I have to wait till 11:00 AM when they open our tickets.

The software is very easy to use and learn. I have used many emr companies but after using TotalMD I think I don’t need to switch anymore for any price.
Right now, there isn’t any certain problem that I have with TotalMD. In the beginning there were a lot of glitches but this thing has been fixed and now we don’t have any other issues.

TotalMD has almost all the features and functions for the good billing services. The support is very responsive and fast. We can approach them any time of their working hours and always solves our issues with a positive attitude.
This product doesn’t cater to the secondary claims, first level support doesn’t have all the information and the features are not specific to our needs. But 2nd level is great.

The system is well designed and easy to use. The technical support is very friendly, quick and responsive. In the initial train you for almost everything. Billing support is also very good, every time I call them up they are more than happy to assist me.
I really don’t have con about TotalMD in my mind right now. However, if they could remove the additional screen pop up of the same patient history when we are transferring it to the ledger to the other account would be great.

The price is very enticing. The system is nicely designed but need a lot of improvement in many areas. Support is very friendly.
Conversion of denials is very slow and currently not going good. There are a lot of clicks required for even simple tasks like pulling out reports of patient history. I would never recommend it to any billing services company.
