Many glitches in the system. Client Service staff usually remain busy and hold your ticket in long scheduling period. It can not be integrate to other clearing house.

This is kind a basic version of the emr software. It needs many improvements in regards to charting and other sections. And It should be integrate with other vendors as well.

I like how everything is so clean and nicely organized. Also easy to train staff from registering patients to checking them out.
I haven't tried the report and I really hope I can create my own reports when I need be. But other than that nothing so far.

It is easy to use, good customer service and token available for the providers for e-subscribing makes things much easier.
It has a very basic look in the EHR. It needs an updated function in that section but it has possibilities. Also, integration is difficult.

Claim submission and procedure macro is amazing but it has potential and need more fine tuning to improve the software.
Poor customer service and lack of adequate knowledge of the software by some of their staff. I cant recommend it.
