Documentation for surgical and secondary care is very easy to made. Being a customizable product it is very helpful to our front desk executives as well.

I really like the way they created patient portal to see all past, ongoing and future appointments. Scheduling is very easy. And the provider note & provider calendar is very useful to keep track what’s in our diary.
Sometimes it is very difficult to teach new person who has lack of knowledge in regards to medical software. Because there are many small steps including bunch of clicks to perform a certain task. Which is very unnecessary and time wasting. Once you train and get expert in it its good. But learning is frustrating.

The system is cloud based so it helps me to access my patient information and see appointments from any where from my mobile device. I have used many vendors but since I joined RevolutionEHR it really lower my burden and my regular workload gets very steady.
The only frustrating this is its mostly depend on Adobe Flash player. Any other format of video cannot work easily on it.

The system is highly easy to use and can be access from anywhere from the Wi-Fi connection. The templates are very likely to customizable. And mostly updates occurred on night so very less chances for the system downtown.
Mostly when the system get update from their team many bugs appeared in other things. And the updated tools aren’t very useful or necessary for the current need. They should discuss the customers before adding new tools weather they would be useful for them or not.

Customer response time is really good. System is all window based, however it’s easy to navigate and user-friendly menu items.
The system should also be available on other platforms not just windows. I’ve also faced issues regarding printing of custom print fee slips.

RevolutionEHR also supports multi location practices and all patient’s data is centrally located. So we can see patient visits for each location from any location.
RevolutionEHR system little expensive but as they are offering feature rich software so cost seems fine. I personally don’t like the interface font style.
