I've been using Praxis for two years now and find it far superior to other systems I've tried. The notes are quite good and personalized and the system picks up my preferences and style and let's me chart quickly while I'm right there with my patient. My other EHR was more structured and required a lot of clinking whereas Praxis let's me see patients and not focus on the computer. I wanted to recommend the system because it's helped me a lot just over the past year especially and I've really improved my documentation and overall quality.
There will be no other system in your clinic that you like better than Praxis on the clinical side, but give it some online first before going live with your real patients:) This really makes the difference.
I wish I would have found this system two years ago, but I'm happy that I'm using it now:) Go with the online (cloud) version. Good luck!!

Praxis has saved me over the last year. I was spending hours charting well into the evening with my old EMR, and with Praxis Im done after my last patient.
They need to use it in the hospital... Praxis would work wonders there. I wish I would have known about Praxis before I got my last system because I would have saved a lot of time and money.

Managing appointments is very easy with this software; I love the way we can place reminders on different appointments.

Praxis EMR system does not have lot of unwanted buttons and menu list. All lists come with search functionality and I don’t to scroll down to lists. The system is self-learning and it adapts to my daily style of work.
No cons, system is great and have all required functionalities to perform practice operations. Completing notes is easy and it takes minutes while seeing patient.

I’ve switched to Praxis after using 2 EHR systems. The previous system support was below standard and it took months to learn the system. This system is good, while using this software I can take care lot of other tasks as well.
System is not easy to learn, it requires to spend lot of time and energy. As doctors are not IT people so sometime it becomes difficult to create templates.
