We’re using this system to scheduling & billing purposes for our client. Our client has changed multiple systems in order to find better functionality in EHR but this system has amazing support for scheduling/billing.
I feel like they’ve very small support team and tickets are not responded on time. They shall also work on increasing system’s EHR capabilities.

PracticeAdmin EMR program is great, it’s very easy to use and you can easily figure out yourself to perform practice operations. Although there was some initial training.
I would suggest that they shall work on increasing the system efficiency. It freezes sometime and that is frustrating.

We recently switched to PracticeAdmin EHR and so far no issue with the system. PracticeAdmin customer support is very helpful and they’ve answered all my queries.
I’ve some issues regarding editing and deleting of some data. Sometime I’ve to delete same data twice. I hope they will work on this feature.

The progression of screens is very smooth and the user interface is very easy to use. There are a lot of functionalities made available to its users.

Gave it a trial run and the software turned out to be great. Since I was the schedule contractor, I am grateful that I made the right choice.
It is good for healthcare related tasks and procedures, but it isn't that efficient for scheduling purposes.
