The support team is very active and always get on real time. Scheduling is very easy and putting patients information in the system is also very easy.
The notes are little bit difficult to create. They should have different self customized notes templates or create in the initial migration program.

This software has a brilliant customer services team. We get our own representative for all our billing queries and denied claims. She is always there to help.
The system is weak, and needs to be faster, it is not user friendly, and we can’t drag and drop appointments. It is not a cloud based software.
