I can navigate the EHR with ease, and it was easy to learn from the beginning. Data for billing is captured with ease and can be easily verified. My staff members are very happy. MACRA compliance is made easy with OmniMD.

Templates can’t be changed easily, but the team helps in making changes. Their should be pre-defined more templates in their system.

Very good software, good communication and information source is excellent. Client support team is very helpful.

Overall good software but some features are not good so I wish in futures better features and new templates.

Upgrade features are not good, however, their customer services elevate the process. They need to inform via email or call before upgrade.

It is compatible with Internet Explorer, and not Google Chrome. If they could make it useable on Google Chrome it would be great.

OmniMD has markedly improved their EHR overtime. With a good dashboard, and summary section, I have all the important information in one place. It is easy to access and easily record the data.

I like this software, but it has too many steps to access any information/options. Quality management is time consuming. Lab results and other documents take time to find and navigate.

The patient report summary is very comprehensive and easy to printout. Provider note are very easy to create and share with other users.

The system is not user friendly every time. Some features are difficult and become headache to use, required to many clicks to complete a simple process.

Amazing customer service. Staff always goes extra mile to accommodate to find solution for your issues. In specialty based practices it is very easy to use.

System has many glitches. Some features needs to be more optimized and easy to use like prescription writing, adding more pharmacy locations etc. Rest is good. 

OmniMD is very great to use, it has all the functions and features which every practice daily needs to be done. Their appealing design has all the things which a program supposed to have.

The system does not have a smooth interface while occurring error. Also have many glitches in drop down menu. It frequently appear and disappear many time. 

I am very delighted and impress with their support team. Each and every person is very friendly and face your request with the very happy gesture. If any of the staff member is unaware with our issue they itself go and contact to the relevant person. Great experience.

The only irritation we have to constantly keep pressing refresh button to see recent changes. Otherwise there is no con I can talk about. 

Easily accessible from anywhere with only internet connection. Help desk always response quickly. They have created many videos for daily issues which reduces time to call support and wait for the response.

The system is bit costly for the start ups and the solo provider practices. They should reduce their price so most of the practitioners can use it. 

The personal customization make it much better than other ehr vendors. The software is easy to learn and since it cloud based I can access through from anywhere.

The main problem in the software is if there is any error occur, you have to wait 24 hours see it in your issue folder. And whenever the system get shuts down there is no prior warning showed.

The personal customization according to our needs make Omnimd very easy to use and user friendly. The support staff worked really well to designing and customized as per our requirement. There are a lot of features with wide range of functionality helps to work more better.

Printing and scanning takes too many extra clicks to scan lap slips. And also have to open several pages to print out a single page. Every time you have to save separately, if once you forget to save you’ll lose all the information. 

OmniMD is very easy to use and navigate throughout the software. Their billing services is also very good, captures the data for billing. The support response time is very quick which keep things works in follow.

Changing the template could be little difficult. But eventually able to change. The PMH model should be easier to navigate and search. 

OmniMD is the complete package of ehr and medical billing needs. It has all the features and function from scheduling to billing. The support is very responsive and friendly, always on time with happy gesture.

The system upgrade is difficult and frustrating like every other ehr software but the customer service people tries to evaluate this issue quickly. 

The system is very very easy to use and use friendly with every regards. The system is highly customizable according to our requirement from provider notes to all over workflow.

The system is only run on internet explorer which makes it a bit slower. If they could able to run on Google Chrome it would be the best emr of all time.
