NueMD is a Health IT firm, which was founded in 1993 by Massoud Alibakhsh, who happens to be the current President and CEO of NueMD as well. NueMD is a subsidiary of AdvancedMD – another Health IT giant. NueMD employs a team of 51-200 professionals. NueMD claims to serve over 20,000 providers across different specialties.
NueMD offers Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management (PM) and Medical Billing Service as its primary offerings. Their EHR comes packed with Patient Portal, e-Labs, e-Prescribing and Patient Chart Management. NueMD also offers a specialty-specific EHR and it takes into account almost 100 different specialties. Their Practice Management is pretty comprehensive as it comes pre-integrated with Medical Billing Software, Patient Registration, Reimbursement Management, Reports & Analysis and Claim Scrubbing. They also offer their mobile platform – NueMD Mobile. It allows doctors to view their information on the go, using their iOS-enabled device.
NueMD has an eye-catching layout, making it easy to use and comprehend. They also have their built-in Clearinghouse, which helps in timely claim reimbursements. They hold expertise in tailoring products for practices of all sizes and multiple specialties. Furthermore, NueMD is HIPPA-compliant, 2015 ONC-ATCB certified and MIPS/MACRA certified.

I'm the office manager at a practice and we do have a fair influx of customers. Using NueMD has surely made life easy. The layout of icons, the feel of the application, the functions that allow you to perform routine tasks. I'm a satisfied user.
There is some room for improvement as the app can get a little buggy. On such instances, the buttons do not respond and the application sort of freezes.

Starting from the dashboard - everything seems to be placed perfectly. The color combinations are meaningfully used. Pleasing to the eye. Now comes down to the usability and functionality - very easy to use, not too many clicks and you just feel that the application is at your fingertips.
No major cons as much as my experience says. Being very judgemental, the only flaw that I felt in the application was that it does get a little slow.

Been using NueMD for the past couple of years, after migrating from another EHR vendor. My goodness, the layout is super clean. And the functionality is how it was promised when I opted for this software. Customers have also enjoyed their portals.
Billing-related features are a bit unclear, as per my liking. The RCM feels to be slightly translucent.

It is amazing how easy it is to use, and one can easily train our new employees. The information under the tabs are easy to use. It is plain.
The tabs are not visible with you open one of the tabs. So have to go back to the main page and then click on the tab that opens.

Easy to use for all, and our practices include staff of all ages. Some staff members have never used a computer, and they could use all features in the EHR.
A few of the report features are unclear, and it is hard to run initially. However, once you know what you are looking for, it is easy.

Easy to use for everyone, and the system has a very fresh design. Navigating and shifting from one tasks to another is so smooth, and doesn’t require much effort.
I like this structure, but sometimes the client facilities seem to be missing. I touched this problem with the EDI department. Needs to improve communication with clients.

It is easy to use and the billing process becomes easier and faster.
It does not allow for the transfer most of the documents and the functionality is a little behind the times. You need to have a paypal account to pay.
If more features are added, it can become a good choice for practices.
