The system is amazing. The system can be used from anywhere on smart devices. The system is easy, and dependable. The person who was migrating our data was very professional and handled it well. The implementer was available whenever I needed him for help and he trained my staff as well. I would definitely give 10/10 for all of their services.
I don’t think there is any bad thing I could write about Medios. If they could make it run on Android mobiles. It would be unbeatable.

It’s been over a year we have been using Medios EMR and everything is going very well. Their client service team is excellent. The migration from our old EHR system to Medios was very smooth and well planned. They transferred all the data accurately. I have switched EHR systems before so I knew this is a tedious process but they handled it very professionally and all my existing data was transferred. As far the system is concerned, it is user friendly and easy to learn. I would tell all my fellow colleagues to use this system for their practice.
The customer support team worked very well. Every time we called for help they always got back to us; and they have a positive attitude. Every issue gets resolved quickly. I cannot think of any bad thing about their services.

Medios is our first electronic health record experience. And I must say they manage all the processes very smooth and it is easy to switch. Before choosing any EMR system we were being warned about the EHRs, and their unreliability at times, but Medios make sure all the migration and implementation process is easy to go. The customer support staff is very friendly and get back to us quickly. I have no hesitation in referring Medios to other providers.
There are not many cons I can list about Medios. They take care of all the workflow of our practice with efficiency.

I am not very pro in using electronic medical records. I have been practicing, but the way I like to record patient’s files are on paper. After Obama Care Act I decided to start looking for a system suitable for me. After some searches I found Medios. They overall impressed me with their support, training, pricing and the user friendliness.

The good thing is that their all services are completely based in US, and not outsourced like other vendors. Free integration with other labs is something my previous EHR could not do. Even though they are a solo provider practice, they have allowed me complete VIP access throughout the system. I had very low knowledge for MIPS/MACRA but their support team take care of it very well, and I was able to attest all my records easily.
Currently, there aren’t any bad thing I can say about Medios. Pricing, support and system everything is working in my favor.

Software is easy to use and learn. Their E-Fax integration is very helpful. I can receive all the faxes via their software and this really facilitates me in my work.
The organic layout of the reporting and the clinical notes is very difficult. There should be ready templates for reporting which are editable according to our specific requirements. The customer support is very slow and lacks knowledge. Our billing staff has always been complaining on posting and entering the data.

The IOS Health system is very simple and easy to use. My patient’s history and demographic are just a click away. It has all the EHR features and requirements, which many other EHR software lack.
The customer support team is very horrible. They always response very late and possess very inadequate knowledge. You shouldn’t rely on their support team to get things done as they expect you to resolve your issues yourself.

As a cardiologist practitioner my practice is located in big hospital in Florida. One of the best thing I see in this system is ease of use. The software is very simple and very well organized. It can be easily accessed from Ipad/Iphone.
It has been almost five years I am using this system and I do not think they have any major issue. Every time I faced an issue in their system, their support was able to get that resolved for me in real time.

I am a practice manager in the average-sized osteopathy practice. The EMR is very easy to learn. Their support team is very helpful and always gets back timely. The implementation was very quick and provides one-on -one live training to help understand the system. The customized templates during implementation helps in understanding of the software.
All of our physicians are very happy with this system as now they can perform their tasks real fast without spending too much time on minor things.
