As already mentioned, Liquid Healthcare only focuses on eye specialists; therefore, their analytics are specifically tailored to process information regarding related eye parameters. Patients can also view their data such as their past histories, diagnoses and current prescriptions. Interoperability offers seamless connectivity between various stakeholders such as providers, pharmacies and labs. Customer support is one of their standout features – they have an excellent customer retention rate. Furthermore, Liquid EHR is HIPPA Certified, Meaningful Use Certified and ONC-ATCB Certified. With a smooth implementation process, as well as multiple packages to select from, Liquid EHR is an excellent software for eye-specialists based in the United States.

This is a good system for practice management and reporting but they do a lot of updates and installation on daily basis.
Their support department looks like out of USA as they are not professionally trained and could not speak the professional language.

We faced issues with Liquide EHR support from the start. You have to generate a ticket for the very little issue and their response time is very late.
Liquide EHR customer support is terrible. Looks like from any third country and they're unable to understand your issues. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

It tracks orders well, the medical inventory is really easy to manage now. We don't have any delayed orders now.
The codes assigned for the spectacles and other relevant materials are the same as the office visit codes. This really puts me off.

It is extremely easy to use, the customization tools really help with the documentation tasks. Plus the performance is great, the software doesn't crash at all.
The medical inventory base is easily cluttered. The sequence of the tabs needs to be improved upon

One of the good things is they have No upfront cost, Easy to use. I have used other more expensive programs that are much harder to learn
