The product is made based on the need to understand what Providers really want. The software is entirely web based.
I dont think they have much of cons except for that they cant scan into the EMR directly.. but I guess they are working on it

I love using this product. It can take almost everything you can think of. They have really invested alot to make its features rich and we love working with the vendor
The support you get may vary alot of times as sometimes you get to talk to really nice people and some may just not be as helpful

Ever since I have switched from my previous to Vendor insync all my staff are very happy. Its very user friendly and has eased up alot of things.
The only con I would say was I wish their on site training period was a bit prolonged from 3 to at least a month,..

if you need billing then this may be a good option. Their templates can be easily customized but its not so user friendly
They are too overpriced and fail to deliver what they promise. There is no way that missing notes can be tracked

being an office manager I have to look after ever aspect of the practice including the troubles with the emr. The support staff of insync are awesome! these people are extremely helpful and get things sorted out in a timely manner
insync overall is a decent system though the aesthetic quality of the system doesn't concern me but there are some features that lack in insync. If there's something they could do about the down time they sometimes have, would be helpful.

Working out of a small solo practice I like in sync due to its customization ability and their trainers and support staff.
insync isn't pretty to look at but they get the job done that's for sure. the system could be a little more intuitive and less cumbersome that would be great.

I run a multi specialty practice with 4 different providers each having their own specialty and style of charting. The excellent customization options provided to us by insync are just brilliant and the doctors are happy using it.
this system is as flexible as you allow it to be so my advice to you would be pay attention during the training and let your implementation specialist know what exactly you need and how you can repeat it by yourself. other than that this system is a breeze.

We are all used to using some kind system but when it comes to in sync emr I have not seen anything better. Excellent charting and very comprehensive.
the one thing I would like it to have is some kind of "training wheels" for new hired staff. With this feature it would be a lot easier to train them and less time consuming.

It offers a very basic usability for my practice, I expected a specific to specialty workflow but did not offer me that.
Did not like the software at all, too many clicks required to navigate between windows, plus it has glitches.
I expected a bit more on the clinical part for my cardiology practice.

Had all of the necessary tools to write our progress notes and track the progress of our clients. Also has a portal for teachers to access the records
Has a lot of tools that are not specific to us and will never be used, but cannot be removed from the screen so it is not visible to us
