The application is built with modifications in mind, and in line with the needs of the practice. Making the patient notes is a delight without the need for a lot of typing. Overall, it is a comprehensive solution for independent providers, as well as mid-sized practices.
The user-interface is very obsolete and sometimes takes multiple attempts to work properly. However, the company is trying to revamp it, and the new version would be available very soon.

The feature of creating algorithms is very seamless, that enables me to work at a higher tempo. Scrolling through multiple chart screens is a bliss, and consists of clear guidelines. The application is highly easy-to-use, and has a wide array of medication to select from.
The major issue I'd like to highlight is that the connectivity is not in a continuous manner, and keeps on disconnecting sometimes, which is very time-intensive. Also, the categories being displayed in the application have to be left-aligned to add to aesthetics, as they feel like if they're floating in the center of the page, which causes issues when making numerous notes.

More or less, each task can be successfully completed, using the features that the application offers.
Minimal bugs and issues, such as looking for the appointment book is slightly complicated. Moreover, the treatment plan population has a few bugs, which the company promises to resolve in the next few updates.
