As a family nurse practitioner it’s been over 6 month I am using DocuTap and I must say it is very easy to use and very organized emr system. Its simple layout is very engaging and helps a lot navigating through out the software.
The client support team is not very use friendly and delay every time when I submit the ticket for any particular issue. Most importantly many of them didn’t have enough knowledge about their own product.

Charting is very easy and can accessed quickly on all different patients. The allover system is very easy to use and as It is cloud based system I can manage my all patients appointments and send secure message from anywhere with the just help of internet through mobile and IPad.
The design and layout of many pages is very outdated. I have to complete scroll to opposite slide and next page to read the previous note. Font of language is very poorly chosen.

As having DocuTap emr experience of several years I must say it is one of the top ehr system out there fulfilling all the requirement of providers for 1 to 10 physicians. Affordable pricing, good customer service and easy to use solution.
Scanning become often headache when multiple user using the system at the same time. System got locked up and get slower.

The solution is very user engaging and easy to learn. The price should be little more low for the solo or small practices. The data input from the various people using the same system is vey good initiative.
It required to many steps to do every single work. On their PMR multiple verification required for the insurances. In the EHR system the medication and the patient medical history you have to go through many tabs and it very time wasting and frustrating.

One of the best thing we found in this system is the software made Coding Very Easy for our billers. It takes few days on the front end to create to creating the required set of rules and all the "Human Error" chances are 0% to 5%.
The posting function is a quite overwhelming. The software accept the treatment of different entities in different methods. Which is very confusing.

The software specifically made for the Urgent Care Practices which means they completely understand the needs and requirement for urgent care physicians. The interface is very engaging and easy to use and also easy to train your co-workers.

This is our third medical software and I could surely say that it is the easiest emr system I ever use. The system is very customizable and user friendly.
There is an issue with the scanning system. Whenever we scan a particular document we have to delete the previous file you scanned. And every time you have to repeat this procedure. Or you have to save your new document 3 to 4 times before finalizing the document. Which is very frustrating.
