It offers a very basic usability for my practice, I expected a specific to specialty workflow but did not offer me that.
Did not like the software at all, too many clicks required to navigate between windows, plus it has glitches.
I expected a bit more on the clinical part for my cardiology practice.

Can’t have more than 1 chart open at a time. Must buy a license per provider, can get expensive.....

When it works, it is a great to get your data and invoices in one spot rather than finding on cabinet.
It start getting messed in a month. The scanning software from the company does not work efficiently. Especially the language barrier is very difficult. Most of the software language in Ukraine.

This system make our accounting network very smooth and efficient. Every function is very easy to understand no more digging through storage boxes.
Many times the systems has error it does not scanned images so all the work need to be redo. All the document has to be in TIF format which caused a lot of terribleness.

We can easily store our document and its easy to find and retrieve them. Workflow is very user friendly. The design and software is very easy to understand.
AD connections can be tricky to set up. Communication category is the good feature but if the customization could be easily locked and privacy setup can be locked for fewer people in your network it could a lot of easiness.

They have a document directory, where we can save all the reports and other documents, In case if we forgot where we save the last file. We can easily retrieve as they were created. Also fax document is a very good feature, we can fax patient record in case patient email does not found.
Sometimes fax sending error occurred but it doesn’t notify the fax is not sent which cause lot of miscommunication many times. The print can only be sent through queue, if the queue is long then you have to wait long time.

The software is very logical, and it’s easy for me to monitor my progress. System also shows progress about work done is properly uploaded.
I’ve experienced that sometime it’s very difficult to send notes via mail option. Their customer support is very responsive.
