I find CureMD very simple and easy to learn. The design and layout is very easy to utilize. The app on IPhone and IPad saves a lot of time from scheduling patient’s appointment to sending reports from anywhere any time.
The system is good but there are some bugs in the ehr like when I am creating a provider note often the previous line text start overcome to the next line text.

I have used ehr before CureMD but one thing certainly I can say I am really surprised with its easy of use and templates design. System is very user friendly and meet all the demand of our practice.
It required to hit saved button every time you type something, add something or make some change. If you doesn’t save all the information will gone. This should be removed and make it auto save.

The system is easily usable and less complicated as compared to other emr vendors. The selection of icons and reports templates are very well build to keep physicians requirement in mind.

The system is cloud based to there is no need of separate server and endless maintaining cost. The patient portal helps me a lot to in getting rid of follow up with patients and manual reminders.
The billing service are not very well oriented. Our billing process in less of our control. Before CureMD, I can stop my billing staff anytime but the process CureMD done make me little separate about what going on with the claims and other things.

Previously, I was using athenahealth emr, it was always hassle of data duplication. But CureMD integration system has saved a lot of time and make every thing simple and convenient.
The system is not browser independent. It is very limited to internet explorer which makes system very slow.

It’s all in one solution (electronic health record + practice management software and billing services) Is very potentially combined. The customer service team is very supportive and quick.
The implementation team was very rude. They spend over two hours training on shared screen how their PM/EMR work but when you do it own, they won’t help more. You have to pay more money for further training.

Inexpensive and simply designed. We have been using another emr but since we switch to CureMD we are very happy it fulfills all of our need according to our requirement.
Software sometimes get tricky. Only works on Internet explorer. Customer support is very slow. It takes many clicks and time unneeded information to verify patient information.

The customer support is very bad. I am not very well aware with the technology but the software doesn’t flow well. If there a bug happened it would takes to support person to resolve it.

There are not very good thing to say about CureMD but some features saves your day and extra energy for instance with text message reminder we are able to send patient scheduling while check out.
CureMD’s EMR has a lot of simple issues and we are currently looking to switching. We cannot change our own even simple things. Every thing is required to be done through back end. And it can not be changed because if they make any change in one’s provider dashboard it will change on all the board of providers as well.

CureMD emr system is very to use. The software is created in very simple and easy to learn. The price is quite reasonable as compare to other vendors.
It been over 2 years now we are using CureMD solution. But their billing section needs a lot of improvement. There are many unneeded options in patient form which must be excluded to save time and frustration.

We were using another EHR software and switched to CureMD to avail year end offer of free migration, hosting & support. Their EMR system has built specialty specific templates.
I see no cons so far, training is good and scheduled. Also they have phone support and a wiki where all information is available.

Papers and pens are Shakespeare days! Our office staff loves CureMD because it saves time of form filling. It's quite easy to save all types of confidential information for later use. EHR Software is highly protected and updated on monthly basis.

The system should be available on all browsers and all versions not just IE. Some of features of software do not work in other browsers other than IE.

Since we shifted to CureMD, our staff is able to pay more attention to the patients, as it has easen up the workflow. We are looking to out-source our billing to them in the future, but so far so good. Keep up the good work!

CureMD application isn't as complicated to use as the other systems in the market. Their support team is also very helpful and polite. their system is over all comprehensive and customizable.
some of the features on the curemd application are not up to par and require a lot of work at the development end. There is a lot more room for improvement which we can look forward to in the future.
The CureMD application is good value for money, their updates and upgrades are done quickly and in a timely manner and they are free!! Two of my favorite features are the customization ability of it and how efficient their billing team is. Billing with CureMD is a life saver if your practice is suffering from financial problem caused by mismanaged billing.
