Easy to use had all the necessary legal parameters needed to file claims and write notes as required by law. No need to re check to determine if anything left out as required by law

The billing services part is very easy to use. You can add features what you want mostly. The Software is very well designed.
While we make changes it is very difficult to make. Sometimes due to glitches notes did not auto save and adding the missing parts is very difficult to figure out. Also it is very expensive.

The basic version is very easy to use to create daily tasks, searching for patient information, it helps to find in few seconds for a desired information,

We tried other vendors as well but this one is much better than in comparison to others. It has man functions and features which others software companies doesn’t. The client and IT support is very active. It takes time but after 4 to 5 weeks it works well for you.
The cost is very high as compare to other vendors. It doesn’t offer the license to purchase. It is typically bullied for the single practice. Sometimes it creates inaccurate reports.
