I love that we can create templates easily. Patient portal is also great and makes it easy to manage appointments. Attaching documents is easy and helpful. Overall it is very organized and very easy to understand how to use.
The software sometimes takes time to load pages which makes charting slow. I also preferred the old scheduler compared to the new one which is more complicated to use. Time taken to use some features could be reduced by removing unnecessary fields.

Navigation is extremely easy. We found it simple to train our clinical staff to use the application. The search features are also helpful. Records are easily accessible because of clear categorization. The support staff is great and we barely ever have to wait to get complaints resolved.
The new version 8 seems slower than the last version even though there is more information available. Sometimes there are interface issues, mostly in the practice manager software.

Our doctors like the usability and features. There are no technical issues in the EHR and all the features serve our practice purpose well. Overall it works for most of our needs and the value for money is decent.
The customer service really needs improvement. We are not notified when updates are going to be installed and what changes we will experience. When we report issues like this and open complaint tickets, they are barely ever acknowledged and nothing is done to resolve the problems. The software is good but better follow-up and complaint resolution is direly needed.

Easy to create templates. Easy to update patient charts and attach documents. Patient health records are divided into sections which makes it very organized.
Sometimes pages take time to load, especially patient charts. It becomes a problem because charting gets delayed. The new scheduler has more features but I find it too complex to use now. The older version was less clustered and easier to use.
Not all updates are great. Some features should stay simple and easy to use instead of adding too may complex options. But there are interesting new developments like patient portals and apps that I am interested to explore. I hope there will be more features like integration of schedules and lab results. Definitely expect beneficial developments from Chartlogic.

Chartlogic offers the largest data storage size included in a plan. In all the software it is expandable, but paying. Some companies offer a very limited storage plan.
There are issues in Billing and Support side. You have to create a ticket and wait for hours even for a very small issue.

They offer PM software that is really accessible from any device and from anywhere, this is what we call today a medical software in the cloud
There are little issues with Support and Billing, Support department didn't get back early you've to generate a ticket and follow up again and again

Chartlogic EHR offers a series of services that we consider necessary for practice today and that have to go hand in hand with adoption.
They also charge an additional price for different modules, Ads on that they sell in parts, and for updates.

They made huge commitments during the demonstration and implementation process but they have a basic EHR system everything is paid.
Data storage also a big issues of this system though they told their system is cloud-based but allocated space is very small and have to buy extra space
