Charm EHR’s personal cell phone appointment scheduling feature is very helpful to keep track for my patients record and their visits. I am also able to see how my colleagues are managing patient’s history, billing and much more. In short, it provides me everything on one platform.
Patient information, demographics and charting isn’t available on the mobile phone application. This creates difficult situation to answer any random question from the patients. It does not allow to integrate with hospital visits. We have to add their information in hospital sheet manually which is very time consuming.

The system is very useful for the small scale or solo provider practices. Software is easy to learn. Fax integration feature is very helpful as we use this on a regular basis. It is easy to add patient information and upload patients chart in their practice management software.
Right now I couldn’t find any con for Charm EHR but their system is recently updated to new layout and features. They should put the option for users to revert back to the old version.

The system is very customizable and affordable. Some of their features are very helpful as compared to our previous vendor like receipt printing, email options, reminders messages to patients with customized forms and provider notes.
There not really much cons I could say right now but their MIPS/MACRA service is not very helpful. They need to work on serious basis to provide clients these incentives.

It has been over 2 years we are using Charm EHR and our all staff members like this system because of its user friendly interface and customizable templates. We also have used different practice management software but this one is very easy to learn.
The customer support team is quite slow and difficult to approach. It took a lot of time to get resolved whether the issue is patient or physician related. There is a limit on the messages that patient can use to send to its provider.

The system is very easy to use and user friendly. They keep their system updated and allow new useful tools to do tasks more efficiently. The customer support team is but they can do. The pricing is affordable as compared to other vendors.
Customer support team is out the US because of which they fail to provide support in real time. The software is exactly what you paid for. Some templates in billing has issues integrating with clearinghouse and saving ERAs. It is also very difficult to verify your MIPS eligibility on run time for small practices.

I am using this product as a patient and It is very easy to use. I am using this product to communicate the alternative medicine providers. And it takes a lot of information exchange and document sharing which makes it easier with this EHR. Online patient portal helps me to connect with it anywhere any time.
I do not use this software much so all I can say it is good emr for patients and I didn’t find any flaws in it yet.

Charm EHR is very easy to use and update design at the moment. The layout and the template for different charting are amazing and useful to use. The most important it takes very less clicks to get your work done.
Anyone I click any button it opens on a different tab, which is very annoying. There is no option for the mass massages at a time. If these features could be added it would be great.

The software is very good for the basic reporting and charting. Especially scheduling and categorizing different reports makes word easier.
Customer support team is worst as it could be. We fax was stop for some reason, and that was the moment we just stacked in their phone message machine. Even after a week the issue didn’t resolve we have to use another company for fax.
