Very user friendly, quick and robust communication between the departments, simply love it! I will recommend it.
Not really, when it updates tends to slow down a bit but after some time everything comes back to normal without any struggle.
Quick communication has improved the productivity of the practice immensely.

Data collection is a really impressive feature, you have the complete detailed patient history......
Navigation is impossible to do between windows, really hard to adapt for new users. After months and months of training, our staff was not able to perform all the functions.
Overall, the system has lots of good features, but it is very hard to use

The best feature is to have patients information, so when a patient walks in, you will have his whole history available.
Doesnot sync up, would be nice to have everything in one system. I find it difficult to use and difficult to adapt.

One of the pioneers in EMRs, interface is good comparatively what is out there in the market. Lots of features available.
Not well organized, Not user friendly, Slow and I found it to be very difficult to use. Honestly, I was expecting a lot.

Going with such a brand has a lot of expectations, the only good thing that I like is progress notes, otherwise worst experience ever!
It is not a user friendly system. Support is a “Nightmareâ€, they should resolve the problem rather than blaming the practice. E-prescribing is the worst!
Cannot fulfill the expectations, not upto the mark.

A whole package in the form of a simple software. Better than what is available in the market and effective as well.
The navigation is a bit hard to do; the tabs and the patient notes can be improved upon. Otherwise a good product, all in all.

Our staff would help the patient in registering and with other relevant workflows without any disruptions. The software is really easy to use.
The training offered wasn't that great, the company needs to offer flexible and easier tutorials to its users.

Patient data is retrieved in a matter of seconds, the distribution of data along the navigation screen is great.
The powerchart can be a bit of a hassle, when it comes to searching for information. Perhaps, I would have to learn it.

The software offers great customization and a great user interface to work with. The patient chart facility allows the user to quickly retrieve relevant data.
The software lacks the functionality of auto saving. The constant struggle of saving literally drains out the energy needed for further documentation.

System is easy to use as anyone can use this for the excellent patient care, we are using in large hospital where over 10,000 physicians are using this software. I believe it is the one stop shop for the medical purpose.
I have learned all the system on my own. No training was giving. But I guess it was the company decision not the software problem.

Cerner emr copy paste feature really save a lot of time to repeat same reporting thing in different sections. And their nursing handoff section is very nice innovation for the nursing department.
The charting field is very difficult to use. It does not go as the system’s other features connect each other. Big challenge is there are different sections for IVs which caused a lot of things get missed.

Patient data collection is one of the best feature in the Cerner emr. It allows you to see and download patient history and provide detailed medical knowledge.
For the new users it is a bit difficult to learn. Some features are bit challenging to navigate through the system. And there is not feature is built to auto save the charting.

We have use couple of emr vendors before Cerner. All of them were bit tricky and difficult to use. But Cerner EMR is very user-friendly and easy to use.
There are some feature for which you have to struggle like searching for a particular date for patient appointment is difficult to find. If it could be easy, it would be the best they can do.
