The support team is very good and always ready to above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The best part is there are no glitches in the system if any occur, a live support person always helps in real time.
We are only central reach emr system and looking for to also go for billing software as well. Our current system with our practice is very basic. But I guess the issue is with our current vendor. I wish Central reach PM system would be better.

The system is very user friendly and the customer service is up to the mark. They always get back to us within 1 or hours or same day. Reporting is super easy with different templates.
I have some issues with the posting of payments. Rest there are no issue/problem with their emr system.

Their benchmark system is very great designed keeping all our needs. The client service team is very customer oriented. Frequent upgrade of software keep the design fresh and easy to use.
I couldn’t find any con in their benchmark function as we are using in over twenty years. No doubt 10/10 remarks for their service.

Their benchmark system helps us to optimize our practice from appointment scheduling to creating reports. With this price I couldn’t think any other company provide that kind of service with their product.

The system is not the best it is far better we used before. We are using their electronic medical record and practice management both and I think most of our staff satisfied with their service.
There not much problem with their benchmark system but one suggestion would like to give, if they could provide onsite training rather than online videos it would be much better.

I have used many7 her system for my practice, some were specific to my specialty but lacked somewhere or the other and some were not specialty specific. Central Reach is a wonderful system it has everything that a mental health doctor could ask for.
don't have any negative remarks about this application but I would like to suggest to them to make small improvement on the android app, and overall user interface, if that is done id give them 5 stars

This is a brilliant system covers everything from hipaa to ICD 10 coding and a whole lot of other features that one can depend on.
I was once put on a long hold with customer service to resolve a buggy issue that I had with the system, it took them longer than usual for me to get it resolved even after putting in a ticket. Customer service needs to get better

I own an mental health/counseling practice. I used to have an outdated system before getting central Reach. This system is cloud based and what I like about it most is that other than online I can work on it offline as well.
the user interface could use more work in my opinion. It takes time to understand it so not exactly a tip of the fingers kind of thing - Not user friendly
