Overall the software is very easy to use and understand. The billing section is good but I believe there should be more staff who had more knowledge and understanding of their billing procedure.
We start using CareLogic back in around 2012 and the instructions and the training given then were not very adequate. There are many tools and features which still are not working well Mass adjustment is one of them needs improvement. Claim rollups also work very slightly accurate.

My staff really like the ease of scheduling the appointments of clients and creating documentation for the billing and other records. There are some nice tools for medication reporting sheets which makes it pretty easy to use. Patient data entry information adding process is also very easy.
CareLogic emr needs a lot of improvements with the configurable tools and reporting system. Reporting process is not easy to use and very frustrating to view. Lab reporting is not integrated with CareLogic insurance and diagnosis process and the biller has to add twice the whole data into the system to order the lab results.

The documentation and the booking of appointments were never been so easy. It is very easy to create new forms and provide the very helpful and needed information. The ease of download and upload of our billing payment is very easy and beneficial and it increases our annual outcomes.
Reporting in AR part is not very easy and provide very valuable information. There is nothing we can’t do but struggle with every time in need. Other areas of reporting is also very difficult and not user friendly.

Care logic is very easy to learn and use with a few weeks of continues training with their support team. The scheduling is very easy and link to the documented bill and helps to maintain the workflow in clinicians. The billing is very secure and accurate and reliable.
The system’s interface is quite outdated as compare to other programs. Some upgradation has been made from last 2 years to migrate their system to other platform it was a tough to implement all the changes but finally got achieved.

Care logic has done a very well job for the mental health private outpatient practices. The user interface is very smooth and easy to understand. The templates they offers for the data entry form are very useful and easy to create. And also they offers tons of features and functions according to the need of relevant industry.
Care logic is expanding their business but the quality of their current system’s functions are getting low focus for the existing users. They keep adding new features and upgrading their system regardless knowing the needs of the user. So many new users these new tools is usable and beneficial for them but not much without knowing their current requirement.

The transition from paper to EMR was made easy by them, scanning and uploading documents in the system. They were helpful during the whole process.
System crashes all the time, it is frustrating for a system to crash on a busy day. Limited accessibility, as it only runs on Internet Explorer. Navigation is not easy through the system.

It is a terrible software, which has a poorly designed data structure. The system is clunky, crashes all the time.
Navigation between reports is impossible, cannot upload documents easily in the system. Hard to meet MIPS and MACRA requirements are uploading patient documents are not easy.
Think twice before going with the system, it will cause a lot of problems. Needs a full time professional programmer in order to run the software smoothly.

After years finally has the ability to bill for inpatient clinics, which was not available before. It has good features for outpatient clinics, specially the scheduler part is really good.
It has limited access as it only works on Internet explorer. Reports are not easy to make, it takes a professional person to make reports. Plus the system needs to be more effective.

We needed the billing component which we got through carelogic, now we can process claims. The Support has got better over the time.
If the software is not setup correctly, you will face a lot of trouble. Implementation was in bits and pieces and Support staff needs to trained more on the system, so that they can resolve problems in a timely manner.
Training is highly recommended. The software works if you set it up in the correct way.

What I like about the EMR, it has templates which are specific to specialty and provides ease of use in daily routine.
The software is very clunky and crashes all the time. This happens all the time. It has an unfriendly user interface and requires too many clicks even to submit a simple document.

The case notes are easily done without any hassle. Nothing else comes to my mind except poor performance.
It is unable to provide users with the very essential reporting capabilities. The Pentaho is an unnecessary requirement for every task.
