The cloud-based system is fast and smooth. You can easily do your work at anywhere or everywhere, including such things like organizing your account books. You can use it on your tablets or mobile phones. Vision web, eye finity these third parties sync well with 360 Care making it interoperable.
There is minor issues like the web registration does not respond properly at times. But the new layout is better and requires patients to register themselves. It is difficult to multitask on this software, and their pricing strategy requires me to pay for every new provider who is added to practice.

It provide the complete meaningful use requirement and I am able to easily share and save my data. Patient appointments are very easy to schedule, and email reminder is one of their feature I like most.
Usually it takes time if you face an issue. You call the main support number, leave your message and wait for someone to get back to you. The system also costs more than their competitors, but you get what you pay for.

When we started our new practice, cost was a big consideration for us, and we needed a complete EHR template. After trying a few vendors, we found 360 Care Psych Advantage. This had all the features we wanted and its efficacy was unmatched. It grows with our practice and addresses all our concerns. The improvements are refreshing. Customer support is always there for your help, and make time for you.
No doubt that 360 Care is completely well designed EHR software. But, If you like demos and a trial test before purchasing an EHR template, you’ll be disappointed to hear that they do not have a demo. However Psych Advantage was very easy to learn if you can take the risk. They don’t disappoint.

The functions of this software are very impressive. The practice management and billing system of the software is affordable too. It took time to learn the features of its template, and every person from the installation till the customization has responded timely and helped in all areas. Training also went well. 360 Care has improved the functions with time, and they continue to make improvements and adjustments with time. 360 Carefully allows the user to do things continuously in a smooth way. No doubt the technical support team is professional, and they are available when you need them to solve problems for you.
We have some issues with information regarding insurance, and we can’t import info from the web registration portal. 360 Care has to fix this. Overall there is no major issue, functions are fully featured.

The best thing I like about the software that it has “smart scripts†feature which automatically fills in the chart for the practitioner. It has many other smart functions in EHR, like customizing and printing particular letters. You can customize the software using “screen building†function which is super easy to use.
Though it allows for customization, changing too much of the template causes malfunctions and other layout difficulties in the software. The consequences to the EHR can be huge if the changes are too big.

The advantage of this software is that is well designed for optical industry and given its tools, it makes the price worth it. The creators offer support services six days a week, and has specific departments that take care of our different queries. There are different levels of support based on your queries or issues, and that makes their support swift. I have benefited from their various online training courses too.
Many function in 360 Care works in SQL (Structure Query Language). At the time it enable me to use many useful features regarding my patient portal and appointment scheduling it makes me rely on them a great deal whenever I need to customize something.

They guided me every step of the way.
Software customization is one of the best features of 360 Care, and it requires that you have a designed plan for how you will use it. Unlike most software, when you face some issues or errors like bugs in their updated versions, it takes them a lot of time to get rid of the bugs and viruses. However, 360 Care has been there to fix the issues immediately and keep our practice running smooth.
