Azalea Health is a recently-founded clinical software company. Founded in 2008, Azalea Health serves providers from over 15 different specialties. Baha Zeidan is the CEO as well as the co-founder of Azalea Health and over 200 employees are working here.
Azalea Health offers Azalea EHR, Azalea Revenue Cycle Management, Azalea Practice Management, and Telehealth its major products. Azalea also offers an all-in-one facility, in which their EHR platform gets integrated with telehealth, patient portal, and mobile application. Azalea EHR is a good option for small-to-medium practices who wish to embrace the electronic means to record practice data.
The all-in-one integrated solution makes good use of interoperability and allows providers to carry out their routine tasks, such as sending messages, sending and receiving lab reports and keeping check of patient appointments. The EHR offers various sorting and filtering options, which allows the provider to obtain customized reports. The layout of its claim management is pretty well organized and can be easily comprehended. Really can’t think of any, it is not easy to adapt, customer support staff is not friendly, lacks customization.
Slow and complicated! Lots of information provided to patients in patient statements. They really need to build the whole software again.

Like the scheduling part out of all the features, really stands out. Can view multiple office schedules at a single, plus can schedule appointment for patients easily.
I do not like how one has to be authorized to take payments. Plus, lacks billing support, billing staff needs more training in trouble shooting.

The best thing that I like is “Ease of Useâ€, after few trainings I adapted the system and it is user friendly. Can cater to different specialties easily, as compared to others.
It will take time to adapt the system, if you are not “Tech Savy†like me. Our staff could not adapt the system in few trainings and the systems lacks in templates customization.
If they improve the overall user experience, it will be one of the best emrs available.

Customer Support is better than other EMRs that we have used before. Generally friendly and supportive people as far as the experience is concerned.
The kind of reporting system that it offers, MIPS is impossible to do. Limited access, as all of the measures are not available and for some reports they charge you. Billing is literally a “Painâ€. Just to quote an example, patients are billed before the insurance processing.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have used few EMR systems before, but the ease of use is better with Azalea Health. I would not forget to mention customer supports name, they have been up to the mark!
The problem that I face is of “Down Timeâ€. It is frustrating and time consuming, especially when it is a buy day. I would like to have much less downtime.
Used EMR’s before, I would say comparatively a better experience.

Staff is happy with this software as they used to complain a lot regarding charting in our previous EHR vendor. Providers are also happy as they see complete chart and can run different kind of reports easily.
I would suggest the system shall allow to add more fields and provide options to edit available templates as per need of the practice.

EHR system is easy to navigate even for new users, however to run the system smoothly Azalea support team provides training sessions.
Some of templates available in EHR system are totally unwanted and there shall be option to hide unwanted items in system.

The system is easy to navigate, post and search for all patients by using variety of filters. Their great search functionality in patient section helped me a lot in organizing patient scheduling, appointments, follow ups & lab results.
However, there are some issues regarding getting correct ICD code while charging patients as the relevant cost does not appear.

This software, the one that I use for work is very easy to use. I completely understood my way around the software within a day.
One thing that I don't like about this software, is that, when I am logged into my personal computer, I lose connection very frequently.

I love the simplicity, yet thoroughness it provides. Everything is easily categorized and accessible. It is straight forward and very easy to navigate.
I would say the only con (if really a con) is the limitations for each user. They should try to overcome this.

There is not one redeeming quality about this EMR. I have used everything from EPIC to cloud based EMRs. This EMR is at the bottom.
This is a very cumbersome and confusing EMR. The screens are not intuitive and the system is extremely hard to navigate.

Some of the features are not included , and are a separate charge, other than that there has not been an issue that technical support has not dealt within a timely manner.

Technical support is great and so helpful. Easy software to use and train other employees. The price is very reasonable.
There is a charge for other features if you want to use them. If someone else is in a chart at the same time you are it does not save your changes.

I have only been using Azalea for about 1 year. I have enjoyed working with Azalea. It is very easy to navigate, post, and search for patients.
Sometimes when I post patients charges and codes, the cost of the charge does not populate.
