Aprime is designed to cater to the needs of the physicians practicing in primary care by offering EHR, RCM, PM, and population health solution. Purposely built on a single database, Aprima offers unique replication technology, finance management, and navigation features regarding the symptoms, preferred treatment options, and diagnosis code.
Aprima EHR is developed with the concept of coordination with the mobile hardware, including the mobile app of Aprima for smartphones and tablets. I have used aprima for more than 2 years now and am very familiar with all its features. I highly recommend using aprima because it is a good reliable and dependable company
some areas need to be more organized like the drug list and common patients for example sometimes it is hard to find a drug that you have recently added to the list due to the other random entries. I would like to know if there is a way to customize these lists to create the lists myself.

in the beginning I found it hard to use but with their support team's help I was able to learn it quickly though workflow optimization needs to improve on the clinical part.

aprima is a pretty versatile system to use however a lot of improvement need to be made to all of its aspects .
the system's lay out is confusing and template creation is not easy to do on your own. There are a lot of things that I think providers should be able to do on their own without contacting support

Been using aprima for 8 months now, and the only good thing I like about it is that it works on my iPhone and ipad so I don't have to be in front of a screen all the time
theres always a need to be in touch with their support staff and on top of that the lay - out I think is kind of cluttered. I personally prefer lesser is always better

It is user friendly and has a lot of potential features. The scheduling method is simple and easy and navigate. But it needs more improvement.
There should be more template for charting and other documentation. Add on charges should be less. The system get slower often which is very frustrating.

Two tasks which are extremely easy to conduct through this software: Web training and on site training. Plus its an inexpensive product.
It takes about 60 days for the implementation to take place, which was a real drag for us. Since we have a pretty small practice considering the roll out time.

The lack of customization which the reports offer through the PM functionality, really puts me off. I really hope they can improve on this.
