Allscripts has been in my use for 2 years now. I use paper charts and their PM to schedule and send out claims etc. So far its been a good experience.
Allscripts has a bit of a buggy document manager I mean finding a document is a pain because there's no way to do it quicker or arrange them in alphabetical order.

In starting, their services and product were quite well and efficient and they asked for long term contract in a discounted fee after the contract they showed negligence in services and support.
