A very easy and smooth system of integration with other vendors are very useful and beneficial for us. As running a medical billing business I have to connect with many practices. AdvancedMD helps to integrate with other practice’s emrs without any hassle and has a very smooth review and process for charges.
Their collection module is not very easy and smooth the only thing I don’t link in this system. Every time it duplicate the message when you send it to someone else. If this could be easier than it is a perfect solution for all.

The reports are very useful for our revenue cycle management system. Their AR and patient demographics are very amazing and detailed in information. The scheduling is very easy to make and I can easily see it of daily, weekly and monthly appointments.
Some of patient reporting charts are not very required informative. Like if we have to see the specific time or date or year patient’s data. It cost you some fee which should be free.

Posting of payments and statement setup is super easy to use. ERA insurance payment is very good. We always get soon. It is a great experience with Advanced MD so far.
The post claims use is very good but the demographic of patients does not auto fill, we have to done it twice.

very difficult to learn, but once you do you get the hang of it. the PM portion is fairly good to use. after you have spent a good amount of time practicing on it, it isn't all that bad.
It is geared more to general medical billing, rather than being specialty specific. creating notes and charts is not easy though. Took me too long to figure out how to associate previously created notes with current ones of the same patient.

their sales team is very pushy and promise you a lot more than they deliver. They never considered my financial constraints and forced me into buying the system which I regret.
It is an extremely hard to use system I have never been so tied up in front of my computer screen before, ever since I got advanced md I have to spend more hours in front of the computer figuring things out for myself because their support team only knows as much as I do.

it is a pretty decent system to use. I like the functionality of it and creating new templates and clinical charting is kind of easy. Their trainers are very good at what they do and make it easy for one to learn how to use it.
Reports unable to print in posting order making balancing harder. In my opinion, not stating this is a fact, just opinion, there technical support doesn't seem to know their software. Too many steps to complete one task. At times it is very confusing. Still haven't gotten anyone to tell me how to post a check.
We went from using a hard drive and doing back ups to the cloud which has been really nice as we can use the product from anywhere.

It is a cloud based system, clinical charting is something that kind of works. Other than that it is very complex and not user friendly.
extremely expensive and not so easy to use. I would not recommend it if you are on a budget. I wish I could extract out our monthly volume reports not only with the appointment type but with the CPT also.
